& Get a One-Time $15 Bill Credit

AutoPay is the easiest way to make sure your monthly Golden West bill is paid on time, every time. With AutoPay, your monthly payment will automatically be debited from your bank account or charged to your credit/debit card on the 1st, 5th, 10th 15th or 20th of each month, whichever date works best for you!

Be sure to consider your bill due date when selecting a payment date to avoid late fees and ensure you can review your bill prior to payment.

AutoPay can be easily set up through a Golden West eStatement account. A safe, simple, and secure eStatement account gives you online access to your account. With it you can:

  • Browse all your statements from the last three years online anytime.
  • View current long distance minutes used and Video On Demand charges.
  • Pay online using saved bank accounts or credit cards anytime at no charge.
  • Request “Web Only” statements or you can continue to receive paper statements.
  • Sign up for AutoPay and control your preferred payment method and date.

How to Set-Up AutoPay Online: (See videos below for additional assistance.)

  1. To setup AutoPay yourself online, log in to your eStatement account on GoldenWest.com. (Video below shows how to set up an eStatement account if haven't already created one.)

  2. Select AutoPay in the left-hand column. 

  3. To setup AutoPay with a credit card, select New Credit Card.  

  4. Then using the secure online platform, enter your credit card information and select Add Credit Card. 

  5. To setup AutoPay with your bank account, select New Bank Account. 

  6. Then using the secure online platform, enter your bank account information and select Add Bank Account.  

  7. Use the drop-down menu to select your payment date. Be sure to consider your bill due date when selecting a payment date to avoid late fees and ensure you can review your bill prior to payment.  

  8. Confirm all the information is correct and check the box to agree to the terms and conditions. Then select Enroll in AutoPay.  

  9. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

If you prefer to work with Golden West customer service to set up your AutoPay, you may need to complete the forms below. Call 1-855-888-7777 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to discuss and get started. If you set up your AutoPay through your eStatement account, the forms below are not needed.

Golden West processes all payment options and mails a monthly bill at no charge for members. Savings will be applied as a one-time bill credit. To be eligible for the AutoPay offer, you must not have received the credit in the previous 12 months. You must maintain AutoPay status for which you received the credit for six consecutive months or the promotional offer will be billed back to your account.
